Loyalty Reward:   Learn about it. Register for it.

FOREWORD:
On this page you get to know about a program that I have devised in order to show my gratitude to my customers who continue to support my business and enjoy the products I provide. People who have benefited from this Loyalty Reward program have only one regret: not having subscribed earlier! So, please read all about the program and if you decide it's worth it (and believe me, it is), then go ahead and subscribe. After all, you will continue to get the quality pipes I personally select for the already very reasonable prices AND you end up getting a 100% free pipe, of your choice.

All you need to do to qualify for the free pipe is order 6 pipes from my site in a year. At any time within the year, and upon the purchase of your 6th pipe, pick your Loyalty Reward pipe, and I will ship it along with the other pipe.

If you want to know more, please read the following carefully:

1. The day you register will count as the first day of the calendar year within which you can win a free pipe by buying a minimum of 6 pipes in the same year (read on for more details).


2. The free pipe will have to correspond to the average price of the 6 pipes you have bought within the year. That is, if the total price of the 6 pipes is CHF 1,200, then you can select a free pipe for the stated retail value of CHF 200.
   (Of course, out of the CHF 1,200, any discounts, gifts, other special offers, free shipping, and the percentage the credit card charges me will be deducted prior to dividing the total by 6.) If you wish to select a more expensive pipe, then you will be charged the difference. If you choose a less expensive pipe, then the remaining credit will be added to the next round.


3. The free pipe will be rewarded at any time within the year as long as you have bought 6 pipes. In other words, if you have bought 6 pipes within the first 3 months of the year, you can either collect your new pipe, or wait to purchase more pipes and by doing so, you will increase the average price, and in turn, the value of the pipe you get for free. If it so happens, you can select more than one pipe if your credit is sufficient or you're willing to pay the difference.


4. The credit of one year can NOT be transferred to the following year.


5. A custom-made pipe (a pipe made especially for you based on your preferences) cannot count towards your Loyalty Reward, nor can such a pipe be your Loyalty Reward. In both cases, the pipe has to be one that is already available on the site.


6. Only pipes that are bought from me through my site can be included. For example, pipes bought from me at a pipe show are excluded.


7. Only pipes sold as NEW (under "The Pipes" section of the site) can be considered for the Loyalty Reward (for example, estate pipes are excluded).


8. As it would be extremely difficult for me to keep accurate track of all my customers and their orders, it is the customer's obligation to contact me once he/she has met the conditions of the Loyalty Reward. This should happen upon ordering the 6th pipe; this way you and I will be saving on shipping by processing the free pipe together with the 6th one. Alternatively, you can simply notify me that this is your 6th pipe and that you wish to keep going and get your free pipe(s) at a later date (always within the year).


9. No cash or money credit will be given instead of a pipe.


10. If you wish me to keep track of your orders, all you have to do is use the form below to register. Once I have the registration, I will send you an e-mail with the confirmation, and I will be keeping track of your orders.
    If you choose to register, and your name is not on my mailing list, I will automatically add your name to my list. If you don't wish me to add your name, please mention this in your comment.


11. The Loyalty Reward is not to be combined with any other special deal, offer, or discount.
