Italian Flag Terms & Conditions

Please note that once you place an order with me, it is assumed automatically that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions.

  1. Please note that asking me to hold a pipe simply means that in case someone else reserves it, you will be given the precedence. In other words, if you ask me to hold a pipe and later I get a confirmed order for it, I will go ahead and sell it immediately, and I will then inform you.
    In addition, if you're the first on the waiting list and the second runner up decides to finalize the deal, I will get in touch with you. If you are not ready to order it immediately, or if I don't hear from you in 24 hours, I will go ahead and sell it.
    Any hold on any pipe cannot be honored for more than 2 weeks.

  2. You must be at least 18 years of age to order any of the items on sale.

  3. It is the buyer's responsibility to check with the customs office in his/her country before purchase and decide accordingly.

  4. I'm a pipe smoker before anything else, and I do know how difficult it is to buy a pipe online without being given the change to fondle it a bit! For this reason, I give you a full money-back guarantee: If you do purchase a pipe from me and when you've received it, you regret having bought it, let me know and I will have you send it back to me for a full refund of the pipe price (shipping NOT included). Obviously, the pipe should be unsmoked and in the condition it was first packaged in.
    If, on the other hand, you have already smoked the pipe, you may return it only if a problem surfaced after the pipe has been smoked; in other words, the problem has to be caused by flawed material or workmanship. Once I receive the pipe and determine that the problem is indeed due to manufacturing, the pipe will be replaced immediately (by an pipe on my site, of similar or superior value). No refund is available in this case.
    Please get in contact me with all the questions you deem necessary if you're not sure of how small/large a pipe is; I do my best to present the pipes as truly as I can and I also provide accurate measurements. This will save us both a lot of time, money and energy.

  5. All my pipes are guaranteed for a year by the maker. Normally this does not apply to damage caused by rough use or accidents, such as the breaking of the mouthpiece.

  6. All my prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), and this is the only currency I can charge a credit card. You will receive the confirmation of an order, with the total, including the shipping method selected, in Swiss francs. The credit card will later convert the CHF sum into your local currency based on the exchange rate of the day when the sum is charged..

  7. Prices do not include Swiss VAT. Orders placed from within Switzerland will include an extra 7.6% of Value Added Tax, added to the total price before the shipping cost.

  8. I am in this business because I love pipes, tobaccos, and pipe smoking; I also believe to have some experience and knowledge that I can share with you here. I promise to do my very best to serve you to the best of my abilities and expertise. I would always prefer to lose a business deal than to lose a friend, existing or potential.
